Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced security frameworks, including zero-trust models, threat detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Lead the implementation of security controls for IoT devices, industrial control systems (ICS), and enterprise networks.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and incident response playbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Perform threat modeling, penetration testing, and red team exercises to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic cybersecurity roadmaps.

- Hands-on experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (experience)
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection (experience)
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or SOC 2 (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH (experience)
- Experience in industrial cybersecurity (OT/ICS) or IoT security (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced cybersecurity solutions including zero-trust architectures and secure access service edge (SASE)
- Implement and manage security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, ELK), EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), and vulnerability scanners
- Lead threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations to minimize breach impacts
- Develop automation scripts and security orchestration using Python, Terraform, or Ansible
- Conduct security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for infrastructure hardening
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, contributing to Honeywell's cybersecurity innovation roadmap
