Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced embedded software for real-time systems using C/C++ on microcontrollers and SoCs.
- Develop and debug low-level drivers, firmware, and RTOS-based applications for safety-critical environments (e.g., DO-178C compliant).
- Perform hardware-software integration, optimization, and validation using tools like oscilloscopes, JTAG debuggers, and emulators.
- Lead design reviews, requirements analysis, and risk assessments to ensure robust, scalable embedded solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, systems architects, and quality assurance to meet project milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in embedded development methodologies.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues in production systems, enhancing reliability and performance.

- Hands-on experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks) and bare-metal programming (experience)
- Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, AVR, etc.) and peripherals (experience)
- Experience with embedded debugging tools and hardware-software integration (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (experience)
- Certifications such as ARM Accredited Engineer or ISTQB for embedded testing (experience)
- Experience in safety-critical systems (e.g., aerospace avionics, automotive functional safety) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems using C/C++ and assembly
- Implement and optimize device drivers for sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet)
- Lead embedded software architecture, including partitioning, modularity, and scalability for complex systems
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and static analysis using tools like LDRA or VectorCAST
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define interfaces and resolve integration challenges
- Perform code reviews, documentation, and compliance with industry standards (MISRA, CERT C)
- Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, power efficiency, and reliability in production environments
