Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced engineering projects, managing scope, budget, and schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Design and develop complex systems architectures, including requirements analysis, modeling, and simulation for Honeywell's aerospace or industrial products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to resolve technical challenges and mitigate risks.
- Conduct technical reviews, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like IoT, AI, or digital twins into project deliverables.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to deployment (experience)
- Strong knowledge of engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements management and verification (experience)
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, ANSYS) (experience)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA with a technical focus (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar high-reliability systems (experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- International project experience or exposure to global supply chains (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to define project objectives, develop detailed work plans, and track progress against milestones
- Perform systems engineering tasks including requirements elicitation, trade studies, and interface definition for advanced hardware/software integrations
- Identify and mitigate technical risks through FMEA, HAZOP, or similar methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to integrate components and validate system performance via testing and prototyping
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including engineering change orders, test reports, and compliance certifications
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and process optimizations using lean methodologies
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices in project management and technical execution
