In this on-site role, you will serve as an Online Fault Management (OFM) Application Specialist, supporting the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Honeywell’s cutting-edge industrial software platforms, including Honeywell Asset Sentinel and Honeywell KPI Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence in oil and gas facilities, ensuring seamless fault detection, predictive maintenance, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy OFM applications within Honeywell Asset Sentinel and KPI Manager to enable real-time fault management and asset health monitoring.
- Lead the customization and optimization of software platforms to meet specific client requirements in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of OFM solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client teams to integrate OFM with SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and best practices for OFM deployments.
- Analyze fault data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving asset performance and reducing downtime.
- Support project delivery from inception through commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (experience)

- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or IIoT applications in oil and gas (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Online Fault Management (OFM) solutions using Honeywell Asset Sentinel and KPI Manager for oil and gas assets
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and optimization of fault detection algorithms and performance dashboards
- Perform root cause analysis on system faults and develop mitigation strategies to enhance operational reliability
- Integrate OFM platforms with existing client infrastructure, including PLCs, historians, and enterprise systems
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support during commissioning and operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in asset management
