Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 engineers in the full project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions for complex systems, including requirements analysis, design verification, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, and customers, to define project scopes and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct technical reviews, simulations, and testing to validate system performance and compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and ISO 9001.

- Proven track record of managing multi-phase engineering projects from inception to completion (experience)
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, including systems engineering, CAD/CAE tools, and failure modes analysis (experience)
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA with a technical focus (experience)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in executing complex projects, defining milestones, allocating resources, and tracking progress using tools like MS Project or Jira

- Conduct risk assessments, FMEA analyses, and root cause investigations to ensure project robustness and compliance
