Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 engineers in planning, executing, and delivering multi-phase engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define engineering requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee the design, prototyping, and validation of advanced systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Conduct technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
- Interface with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
