Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
- Lead root cause analysis using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and FMEA to resolve complex quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Design and deploy quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949 standards, ensuring regulatory adherence across international operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements into new product introductions (NPI) and supplier development.
- Analyze quality data using Minitab, JMP, or similar tools to drive data-driven decisions and enhance product performance metrics.
- Manage supplier quality audits and performance scorecards to maintain a robust supply chain ecosystem.

- Experience with statistical analysis tools and root cause investigation methodologies (experience)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier quality management (experience)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (experience)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environments (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced quality control processes using SPC and Lean Six Sigma principles
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions for quality excursions using 8D and PFMEA
- Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance and supply chain reliability
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and audit reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into product design and manufacturing transfers
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor KPIs, predict trends, and drive process optimizations
- Mentor and train team members on quality best practices and Honeywell's quality policies
