- Define software architecture, select appropriate technologies, and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative features.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance under real-world constraints.
- Contribute to strategic planning, including technology roadmaps and proof-of-concept developments for emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster, or ISTQB (experience)

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust software solutions using C++, Python, Java, or similar languages for embedded and cloud environments
- Lead team sprints, conduct performance reviews, and drive talent development initiatives
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Perform rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and system-level tests with frameworks like Google Test or pytest
