Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development cycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions
- Implement and integrate advanced technologies like speech recognition, AI/ML models, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning for high-availability warehouse environments
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices
- Prototype innovative features and contribute to the strategic roadmap for platform evolution
