Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions for embedded systems and real-time applications in aerospace and industrial IoT domains.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Optimize algorithms and data structures to ensure high performance, reliability, and security in mission-critical environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in agile methodologies.
- Integrate software with hardware components, including sensors and control systems, using modern protocols like MQTT and OPC UA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative features on time.
- Investigate emerging technologies such as AI/ML and edge computing to prototype and enhance product roadmaps.

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development for embedded systems or real-time applications (experience)
- Proven track record in C/C++, Python, or Java for complex, high-reliability software projects (experience)
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and DevOps practices (experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in debugging and performance optimization (experience)
- Familiarity with industrial standards such as DO-178C, MISRA, or ISO 26262 (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or embedded systems (e.g., ISTQB, ARM certifications) (experience)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or IoT platforms in aerospace/industrial sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software architectures for embedded and real-time systems using C/C++ and RTOS
- Lead technical design reviews and implement robust, secure code adhering to safety-critical standards
- Develop and integrate APIs, middleware, and communication protocols for IoT and edge devices
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation using tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Analyze system performance bottlenecks and optimize for low-latency, high-throughput operations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless software-hardware integration and validation
- Document designs, contribute to patents, and support product certification processes
