Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Lead end-to-end development cycles for embedded systems, real-time applications, and IoT-enabled software in aerospace and industrial domains.
- Optimize code performance, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards such as DO-178C and MISRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate software with hardware and AI models.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to maintain high-quality deliverables and accelerate time-to-market.
- Mentor junior developers, drive technical best practices, and contribute to agile processes and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, prototyping innovative solutions to solve complex engineering challenges.

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex, large-scale systems (experience)
- Eligibility to work in India with hybrid work authorization (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, ISTQB, or DO-178C training (experience)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks or IoT protocols in Honeywell-relevant domains (experience)
