In this role, you will serve as an Operations Management (OM) Application Specialist, supporting the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Honeywell's industrial software platforms, including HFOM and Honeywell KPI Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across oil and gas facilities, ensuring seamless integration and performance of these critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize HFOM and KPI Manager platforms to meet specific operational needs of oil and gas clients, including dashboard development and workflow automation.
- Lead the deployment and rollout of software updates, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with industry standards such as ISA-95.
- Optimize platform performance through data analytics, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing scalable solutions for real-time operations monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training on platform capabilities.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and root cause analysis to enhance reliability and support predictive maintenance in industrial environments.
- Develop technical documentation, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Honeywell's software ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in industrial IoT, edge computing, and digital twins to innovate OM applications.

- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in enterprise environments (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in India with excellent problem-solving skills (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Honeywell certifications in HFOM, Forge, or KPI Manager (experience)
