Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement complex software systems using modern frameworks like Java, C++, Python, and microservices architectures.
  • Lead end-to-end development cycles, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and optimize real-time embedded software for aerospace and industrial IoT applications, integrating sensors and control systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain code quality and reliability in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers, to integrate software with hardware platforms.
  • Mentor junior engineers, drive agile practices, and contribute to technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as DO-178C for avionics software and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex, large-scale software projects (experience)
  • Familiarity with software development for regulated industries like aerospace or industrial automation (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, ISTQB, or DO-178C training (experience)
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) (experience)

  • Design and develop scalable software architectures for embedded and cloud-based systems using object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
  • Lead the implementation of real-time software components for IoT and control systems, optimizing for low latency and high reliability
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system validation to ensure software meets stringent quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to define technical requirements and integrate software with hardware prototypes
