Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced systems architectures for multi-domain applications, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Lead requirements analysis, system modeling, and simulation using tools like SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, and DOORS to validate performance under real-world conditions.
- Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and verification testing to meet stringent safety, reliability, and regulatory standards such as DO-178C and ARP4754A.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical reviews, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, software developers, and hardware engineers to align system designs with business objectives.
- Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to accelerate development cycles and reduce time-to-market.

- Hands-on experience with systems modeling tools such as SysML, Cameo Systems Modeler, or MATLAB/Simulink (experience)
- Familiarity with industry standards like DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A, or ISO 26262 (experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline (experience)
- INCOSE certification (e.g., CSEP or ESEP) (experience)
- Experience with Agile/DevSecOps methodologies in systems development (experience)
- Domain knowledge in avionics, industrial IoT, or building automation systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end systems solutions for Honeywell's aerospace and industrial products, optimizing for performance, safety, and cost
- Lead cross-functional teams in requirements elicitation, decomposition, and traceability using tools like DOORS NextGen
- Perform system-level simulations, trade-off analyses, and failure modes effects analysis (FMEA) to mitigate risks
- Develop and execute integration, verification, and validation plans, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
- Drive innovation through MBSE adoption and digital twin technologies to enhance product lifecycle management
- Collaborate with global supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability and scalability
- Prepare technical documentation, present findings to leadership, and support certification activities with regulatory bodies
