Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product backlogs for advanced tech solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs in aerospace and industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to translate technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality MVPs and iterative enhancements.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging technologies like edge computing and machine learning for product roadmaps.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, gathering feedback and advocating for product vision to senior leadership.
  • Oversee product performance metrics, using data analytics to optimize features and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Mentor junior product owners and contribute to scalable product frameworks across Honeywell's portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (experience)
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in technology or software product development (experience)
  • Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (experience)
  • Strong background in advanced technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), or edge computing (experience)
  • Experience in B2B tech products, preferably in aerospace, industrial automation, or manufacturing sectors (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and deliver products from ideation to launch (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (experience)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or PMP certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 company's product development processes (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for advanced tech solutions, from vision definition to go-to-market strategy
  • Prioritize and groom product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints to develop and iterate on features using modern tech stacks
  • Perform competitive analysis and customer validation to refine product roadmaps aligned with Honeywell's innovation goals
  • Track KPIs such as adoption rates, NPS, and ROI using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and market readiness
  • Advocate for product needs in executive reviews and influence strategic technology investments
