Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies, including co-branded campaigns, partner enablement programs, and demand generation tactics to drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to create tailored marketing collateral, such as playbooks, webinars, and digital assets optimized for channel partners.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Marketo, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and partner engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of channel partner events, trade shows, and virtual summits to enhance brand visibility and partner loyalty.
  • Manage budget allocation for channel programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing marketing spend efficiency.
  • Foster relationships with key channel partners, delivering customized training and certification programs to boost their selling capabilities.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% as needed (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound) (experience)
  • Experience in high-tech industries such as aerospace, automation, or building technologies (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support partner-led demand generation and revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of partner enablement tools, including portals, training modules, and sales kits
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities, optimize programs, and report KPIs to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to align marketing initiatives with channel partner business plans and incentives
  • Manage end-to-end channel event strategies, from planning virtual roadshows to executing in-person trade shows
  • Develop content strategies for co-marketing funds (CMF) programs to maximize partner investment ROI
  • Monitor competitive channel landscapes and recommend innovative tactics to maintain Honeywell's market leadership
