Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across regions to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that align with Honeywell's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies, including partner enablement programs, demand generation campaigns, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and manage co-branded marketing materials, digital assets, and campaigns tailored to channel partners in aerospace, industrial, and building technologies sectors.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Marketo to optimize programs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to create localized marketing content and events that drive partner recruitment and retention.
  • Lead the creation of partner portals, training academies, and incentive programs to boost channel engagement and sales velocity.
  • Track ROI on channel marketing investments and report on key performance indicators to senior stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel partner programs (experience)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound) (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support partner acquisition and growth
  • Develop co-marketing assets including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and digital toolkits
  • Lead partner enablement through training programs, certification paths, and performance incentives
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Monitor and report on channel marketing KPIs, optimizing programs for maximum ROI
  • Manage budget allocation for channel initiatives and negotiate partner co-op funding
  • Foster relationships with key channel partners to co-create innovative go-to-market strategies
