In this hybrid role, you will drive channel partner marketing strategies across international markets, enhancing partner engagement, accelerating revenue growth, and amplifying Honeywell’s brand presence through innovative co-marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Director, you will collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to execute high-impact programs that fuel our ecosystem of distributors, resellers, and strategic allies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies, including demand generation campaigns, partner enablement programs, and joint go-to-market plans tailored to diverse international regions.
  • Design and manage co-branded marketing materials, digital assets, and campaigns using marketing automation tools to drive partner-led lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics, partner engagement data, and ROI to optimize programs and provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with global sales teams, product managers, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives and channel incentives.
  • Oversee budget allocation, campaign execution, and compliance with regional marketing regulations across EMEA, APAC, and Americas markets.
  • Foster partner relationships through training webinars, certification programs, and events to enhance their marketing capabilities and Honeywell product advocacy.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel partner programs in international markets (experience)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making and ROI measurement (experience)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Mandarin) preferred for global role (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound) (experience)
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or high-tech industries like aerospace or automation (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support partner acquisition and retention, targeting 20% YoY growth in partner-sourced revenue
  • Develop customized marketing kits, playbooks, and digital assets for channel partners to enable localized demand generation
  • Lead ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for top-tier partners, coordinating with sales for personalized outreach
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including MQLs, partner engagement scores, and campaign performance using advanced analytics tools
  • Collaborate with global product teams to create joint value propositions and launch materials for new product introductions
  • Organize virtual and in-person partner events, trade shows, and training sessions to build ecosystem loyalty
  • Ensure all channel activities comply with Honeywell’s brand guidelines and international data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
