Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for enterprise accounts and channel partners across South India, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored solution proposals, and negotiating contracts to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers, through training programs, joint business planning, and performance incentives.
  • Monitor territory performance using CRM tools like Salesforce, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling value propositions and support complex deal closures.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations in local languages to foster trust and drive adoption of Honeywell's IoT, automation, and safety solutions.
  • Report sales metrics, forecasts, and opportunities to senior leadership, contributing to regional growth strategies.

  • Fluency in English and at least one local South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) for client communication (experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within South India (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications in sales management (e.g., Challenger Sale) or channel partner programs (experience)
  • Prior experience selling IoT, automation, or safety solutions in B2B environments (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals through enterprise direct sales and channel partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners while optimizing performance of existing ones via joint planning and enablement
  • Lead key account management, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Conduct market analysis to forecast demand, assess competitors, and recommend pricing strategies
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and solution workshops to customers and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular forecasting reports to leadership
