Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across international markets.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers to maximize Honeywell product penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback.
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Honeywell's profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to enable partner success.
  • Monitor channel performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and implement corrective actions to optimize sales outcomes.

Summary

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)

  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing agreements, and incentive programs to optimize partner profitability and commitment
