As a Sr Channel Sales Rep, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with channel partners across international markets. Reporting to the Channel Sales Director, you will manage a portfolio of key resellers, distributors, and system integrators in the aerospace, building technologies, performance materials, and safety solutions sectors. This remote role offers the flexibility to work globally while leveraging Honeywell's cutting-edge technologies to exceed sales targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals, targeting 20-30% YoY growth in partner-contributed revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-performing channel partners, conducting joint business planning and performance reviews.
  • Conduct product training, demonstrations, and enablement sessions to equip partners with the knowledge to sell Honeywell's portfolio effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and incentives to maximize partner profitability and loyalty while protecting Honeywell margins.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance using CRM tools to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to co-create partner marketing campaigns and solutions.
  • Track and forecast channel sales pipeline, providing accurate reporting to senior leadership on key metrics like partner engagement and deal velocity.

  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to expand Honeywell's global footprint
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations to drive mutual growth
  • Design and implement partner incentive programs to boost sales performance and market penetration
  • Lead joint sales campaigns, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and close opportunities
  • Monitor partner performance KPIs, providing coaching and resources to ensure target attainment
