Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex financial models to forecast revenue, profitability, and cash flow for commercial initiatives.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leaders to provide actionable insights on pricing strategies, deal structures, and market opportunities.
- Lead monthly business reviews, identifying key performance drivers and recommending corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Conduct variance analysis on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analytics using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and internal controls across international operations.

- Experience supporting sales and commercial teams with pricing, deal analysis, and profitability optimization (experience)
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting in international contexts (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 20%) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Business Analytics (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle (experience)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support commercial forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making
- Analyze commercial contracts, pricing strategies, and deal profitability to maximize revenue and margins
- Lead cross-functional business performance reviews, presenting insights to senior leadership
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and root cause investigations to drive operational improvements
- Collaborate with global sales teams to evaluate opportunities, risks, and ROI on key deals
