Key Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial control systems (ICS/OT) security (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management across IT and OT environments
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering skill development and high performance
- Oversee incident response operations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into DevOps pipelines and product lifecycles
- Monitor security metrics, generate executive reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
