Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, compliance with regulations like GDPR and India's DPDP Act, and optimal data lifecycle management.
- Lead data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and validation processes using tools like Informatica or Talend.
- Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives, including data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to manage data projects from inception to deployment, utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Perform data modeling, database optimization, and performance tuning for large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Generate reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Mentor junior administrators and drive continuous improvement in data management practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end data management processes, including ingestion, storage, processing, and archival to maintain high data quality standards
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Design and optimize ETL pipelines and data integration workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and analytics models
- Monitor and tune database performance, implement backup/recovery strategies, and manage access controls for security
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to drive business insights
