Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across enterprise systems.
- Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Develop and execute data management strategies aligned with business objectives, optimizing data pipelines for efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and provide expert guidance on data best practices.
- Manage end-to-end data projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, including ETL processes and database optimization.
- Perform data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support decision-making for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and local Indian data protection laws.
