Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies, including email nurturing, paid social, webinars, and ABM campaigns to generate high-quality SQLs.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics platforms to optimize conversion rates, reduce CAC, and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align lead generation efforts with business priorities and buyer personas.
  • Build and segment lead databases, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools for personalized outreach.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights to continuously improve pipeline velocity.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to innovate demand generation tactics for Honeywell's diverse portfolio.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) (experience)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and analytics tools like Google Analytics (experience)
  • Experience in international markets with understanding of regional marketing nuances (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Analytics (experience)
  • Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, or Google Analytics (experience)
  • 7+ years in demand generation with ABM experience (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to deliver qualified leads and exceed pipeline targets
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key Honeywell accounts and industries
  • Execute email nurturing programs, webinars, and paid media campaigns using automation tools to boost conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create content and messaging aligned with buyer journeys
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance lead quality and pipeline velocity
  • Monitor KPIs such as MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, and pipeline influence, reporting to senior leadership
