Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel excellence strategy, including partner segmentation, performance metrics, and incentive programs to accelerate revenue growth by 20%+ annually.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design scalable channel enablement tools, training academies, and certification frameworks that enhance partner capabilities and Honeywell product adoption.
  • Analyze channel performance data using advanced analytics to identify gaps, forecast trends, and recommend optimizations, resulting in improved partner profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with top-tier channel partners, negotiating joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives to expand market share in key geographies.
  • Drive digital transformation in channel operations by implementing CRM integrations, partner portals, and AI-powered tools for real-time performance tracking and lead generation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring channel managers and fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to align on channel priorities.

  • 5+ years in a leadership role directing channel strategy and high-performing teams (experience)
  • Proven track record of driving channel revenue growth and partner enablement in B2B environments (experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and channel management platforms (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Channel Sales Professional (CCSP) or Salesforce Certified Administrator (experience)
  • Experience in industrial IoT, aerospace, or building automation channels (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement channel excellence frameworks, including tiered partner programs and performance-based incentives to boost engagement and loyalty
  • Lead the development of digital tools and analytics dashboards for real-time channel insights and predictive modeling
  • Orchestrate global channel events, training programs, and co-selling initiatives to accelerate partner onboarding and sales velocity
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with corporate objectives and market demands
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to continuously refine Honeywell's channel model for superior market positioning
  • Mentor and build a high-impact channel excellence team, fostering skills in data analytics and strategic partnership management
  • Monitor KPIs such as partner NPS, revenue per partner, and mindshare to drive data-backed decisions and quarterly business reviews
