We are seeking a strategic Sr. Director, Lifecycle Support Services to lead our post-sale service operations, ensuring maximum uptime, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth for our intelligent warehouse systems. Reporting to the VP of Services, you will oversee a portfolio of lifecycle services including maintenance, upgrades, predictive analytics, and performance optimization for automated sortation, conveyor systems, and robotics deployments. This hybrid role offers flexibility across U.S. locations, blending strategic leadership with hands-on industry impact in a $10B+ market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle service strategies that drive 95%+ customer retention and 20% YoY service revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of 100+ service engineers, technicians, and managers, optimizing field operations and remote monitoring centers.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to bundle services into new contracts and expand existing ones.
  • Champion digital transformation through IoT, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and data analytics platforms.
  • Manage P&L for a multi-million-dollar services business unit, controlling costs while enhancing service SLAs.

  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing P&L, large teams, and multimillion-dollar service portfolios (experience)
  • Proven track record in driving service revenue growth and customer retention in B2B industrial environments (experience)
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse automation technologies including robotics, conveyors, and IoT-enabled systems (experience)
  • Experience with hybrid/remote service delivery models and digital service platforms (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (experience)
  • Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or ITIL Service Management (experience)
  • Experience in predictive maintenance, AI/ML applications, or Industry 4.0 initiatives (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive lifecycle support strategies to maximize equipment uptime and customer value
  • Direct national service operations, including field service, remote diagnostics, and parts logistics for Intelligrated systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop service contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics driving profitability
  • Oversee adoption of advanced analytics and AI tools for predictive maintenance and failure prevention
  • Build strategic customer relationships at executive levels to expand service penetration and renewals
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and KPIs for service delivery excellence and cost optimization
  • Foster innovation in sustainable services, aligning with Honeywell's ESG goals and industry trends
