Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you will define market opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and drive portfolio profitability and growth in a dynamic, high-stakes industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year portfolio strategy aligned with Honeywell's Fire business objectives, identifying high-growth opportunities in fire detection, suppression systems, and integrated safety solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain to launch new offerings and optimize existing ones for market leadership.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to prioritize portfolio investments and ensure 10-15% annual growth targets are met.
- Manage P&L accountability for the portfolio, driving profitability through pricing strategies, cost optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Foster innovation by collaborating with advanced technology teams on emerging trends like AI-driven fire prediction and IoT-enabled suppression systems.
- Establish KPIs, governance processes, and roadmaps to track portfolio performance and mitigate risks in regulated fire safety markets.
- Represent the Fire portfolio to executive leadership, customers, and industry forums, building strategic partnerships for global expansion.

- Optimize portfolio profitability through lifecycle management, pricing models, and supply chain efficiencies
