Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple OPM projects, from inception to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Design and oversee the execution of Operations Management solutions, including process optimization, digital transformation, and automation for Refining, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Chemical sectors.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
- Recruit, groom, mentor, and guide direct reports, conducting regular performance evaluations and career development planning to build a world-class engineering team.
- Collaborate with global Honeywell teams, clients, and partners to innovate and deploy scalable OPM solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Monitor project KPIs, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive adoption of Honeywell's advanced technologies, such as IoT, AI-driven analytics, and predictive maintenance tools.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university (experience)
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, project delivery, or engineering program management within Refining, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Chemical industries (experience)
- Proven track record as a Delivery Manager handling multiple complex projects with budgets exceeding INR 5 Crores (experience)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing engineering teams, including performance evaluations and mentoring (experience)
- Strong understanding of industrial processes, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO), and regulatory compliance in energy and chemical sectors (experience)
- Ability to travel domestically as required for client sites and project implementations (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management (experience)
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certifications in project management and process improvement (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell or similar DCS/PLC systems, IoT platforms, or digital twin technologies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Delivery Manager for OPM projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing client expectations
- Design customized Operations Management solutions, integrating automation, analytics, and optimization for industrial clients
- Lead project execution teams, allocating resources, tracking progress via tools like MS Project or Jira, and resolving bottlenecks
- Mentor and develop 5-10 direct reports, conducting bi-annual performance reviews and creating individualized growth plans
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and operational safety
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling OPM solutions
- Generate detailed project reports, ROI analyses, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
