Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and industry standards for structural integrity in aerospace and defense applications.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and validation of advanced composite and metallic structures using finite element analysis (FEA) tools like NASTRAN and ANSYS.
- Drive process improvements in CAD modeling, prototyping, and testing to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including aerodynamics, manufacturing, and program management, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance on fatigue, fracture mechanics, and durability assessments for mission-critical components.
- Identify emerging technologies and materials to support Honeywell's growth engines in sustainable aviation and urban air mobility.

Responsibilities
