Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex facility issues, utilizing root cause analysis to enhance operational reliability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to ISO 41001, OSHA, and local regulatory standards, while driving energy efficiency initiatives.
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and capital projects for facility upgrades, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, safety, and operations, to integrate facility improvements with business objectives.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like Maximo to track work orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Promote sustainability through green building practices, LEED compliance, and waste reduction strategies.

Summary

- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering (experience)
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or LEED AP certification (experience)
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability initiatives in multinational settings (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical facility infrastructure to ensure 99% uptime
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for facility failures, reducing MTTR by implementing advanced diagnostics
- Oversee capital improvement projects, from scoping and budgeting to execution and commissioning
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, ensuring zero compliance violations and fostering a culture of safety
- Optimize energy consumption through data-driven initiatives, targeting 10-15% annual reductions
- Manage a team of technicians and external contractors, providing training and performance evaluations
- Generate detailed reports on facility performance metrics using analytics tools for senior leadership
