Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure full compliance with OSHA, local building codes, environmental regulations, and Honeywell's internal safety standards.
- Lead facility optimization projects, utilizing data analytics and IoT technologies to enhance energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability goals.
- Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and capital improvement budgets, negotiating terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and crisis management for facility incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (experience)
- Ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M annually (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration (experience)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA certification (experience)
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing or aerospace facilities (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance schedules for all facility assets to ensure 99% uptime
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Analyze facility performance data using BMS and analytics tools to identify and execute optimization opportunities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers and suppliers for maintenance and repairs
- Develop and execute capital project plans, including renovations and system upgrades, within approved budgets
- Lead root cause analysis for facility incidents and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and new facility integrations
