Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, including PLC-controlled automation, robotic integrators, sensors, and mechanical components during night shifts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system optimizations to minimize downtime and maximize throughput in high-volume material handling facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and customers, to implement upgrades and resolve complex technical issues on-site.
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and recommend improvements using Honeywell's digital tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, NFPA) and train junior technicians on best practices for system reliability.
- Respond rapidly to emergency service calls, leveraging root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.

- Ability to travel up to 50% and work night shifts on a 3/4 rotating schedule (experience)
- Strong safety record and knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and lockout/tagout procedures (experience)
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance if required (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- OEM certifications in conveyor systems (e.g., Honeywell, Dematic, Siemens) (experience)
- Experience with SCADA systems, HMI programming, or Industry 4.0 technologies (experience)
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)

- Diagnose and repair complex faults in PLC-controlled conveyor systems, robotics, sensors, and mechanical drives to restore operations swiftly
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and predictive analytics using vibration analysis and thermal imaging tools
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to enhance system uptime and efficiency
- Install, configure, and commission upgrades to material handling equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Train customers and junior technicians on system operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Generate comprehensive service reports, spare parts recommendations, and performance metrics using Honeywell's service management software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to test and deploy innovative solutions for conveyor optimization and automation
