Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert installation, configuration, and commissioning of Honeywell HVAC systems, including Niagara-based BAS, controllers, sensors, and actuators.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on complex building control systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues using advanced tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and Honeywell's proprietary diagnostic software.
- Collaborate with military personnel, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
- Document all service activities, generate detailed reports, and provide training to end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergency service calls 24/7, prioritizing safety and rapid resolution in high-stakes environments.

- Experience working in government or military facilities, with knowledge of DoD safety and compliance standards (experience)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel onsite to Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA (experience)
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and NATE certification in HVAC (experience)
- Honeywell Niagara N4 certification or experience with Honeywell WEBs/Niagara platforms (experience)
- 7+ years of field service experience in defense or critical infrastructure environments (experience)
Responsibilities
- Install and commission advanced HVAC control systems, including DDC controllers, VAV boxes, chillers, and air handlers
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults in BAS networks using ladder logic, BACnet, and Modbus protocols
- Perform calibration, testing, and optimization of sensors, valves, and actuators for peak efficiency
- Maintain accurate service records in CMMS systems and prepare technical reports for management review
- Train depot staff on system functionality, safety protocols, and basic maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and escalate issues to engineering as needed
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA, and site-specific safety regulations
