Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial administration tasks including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance reports, and forecasts using advanced ERP systems like SAP.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial models and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls through audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract reviews, and procurement processes to optimize costs and mitigate financial risks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using data analytics tools to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times in financial operations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership, presenting insights via dashboards and reports.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal financial controls (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or CPA/CMA certification (experience)
  • Experience in a multinational corporation or manufacturing industry (experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and audit-ready
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for executive review and decision support
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Collaborate with business partners to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize accounts payable/receivable processes to improve cash flow and vendor performance
  • Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in finance operations
