- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, SAP Certified Application Associate, or Oracle Financials certification (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of finance system enhancements to support business growth and compliance
- Manage a team of finance analysts, providing guidance on system troubleshooting, user training, and performance metrics
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for finance system customizations
- Develop advanced financial reporting solutions and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
- Conduct regular system audits, risk assessments, and optimization projects to ensure data integrity and efficiency
