Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for ISC operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Analyze supply chain costs, inventory levels, and working capital metrics to identify efficiency opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in procurement, manufacturing, and operations to drive cost reduction initiatives and enhance profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including KPIs, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects, such as capital expenditure evaluations, scenario planning, and risk assessments for global supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across international operations.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and best practices.

- Build and refine financial models to forecast ISC performance and support strategic planning
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for supply chain operations
- Collaborate with operations leaders to optimize costs and improve working capital efficiency
- Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations highlighting key financial insights
- Lead financial reviews and due diligence for supply chain investments and partnerships
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with global supply chain volatility
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and compliance across international sites
