Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in strategic HR business partnering within manufacturing, aerospace, or technology industries (experience)
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and compliance (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEOC) (experience)
  • Experience managing hybrid/remote workforces and implementing DEI programs (experience)
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management, MBA, or related field (experience)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification (experience)
  • Experience in global HR operations or international talent management (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and leadership roles
  • Conduct workforce planning and gap analysis to support Honeywell's growth in aerospace and sustainability sectors
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
  • Develop and deliver training programs on leadership development, compliance, and technical skills
  • Analyze HR metrics using data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Champion DEI initiatives, tracking progress and implementing programs to enhance workforce diversity
