Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on industrial machinery, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to maximize uptime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and customer personnel on maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including root cause analysis using tools like 5-Why and FMEA, to prevent recurring failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work orders using CMMS software like SAP or Maximo.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during night shift, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal production impact.

- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management and inventory control (experience)
- Ability to work night shift (e.g., 7 PM - 7 AM) with flexibility for on-call rotations (experience)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer site in Lake Park, GA (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (experience)
- Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional), ISA CCST, or RETA CARO (experience)
- Experience training teams or leading maintenance projects in a 24/7 industrial setting (experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex failures in industrial equipment including motors, pumps, conveyors, and CNC machines using test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs to enhance system performance
- Conduct predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis to preempt failures
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce MTTR and MTBF metrics
- Train junior technicians and customer operators on safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and LOTO protocols
- Manage spare parts inventory, procure components, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Generate detailed maintenance reports and support audits for continuous process improvement
