Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on industrial automation systems, PLCs, robotics, and mechanical/electrical equipment to resolve complex failures efficiently.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyor systems, pneumatic/hydraulic components, and CNC machinery to maximize equipment uptime.
- Train and mentor on-site customers and junior technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and Honeywell proprietary technologies to build technical competency.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including root cause analysis (RCA) and predictive maintenance using vibration analysis and thermography tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to optimize system performance and integrate IoT-enabled solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and generate reports on maintenance metrics, KPIs, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry safety standards while promoting a culture of zero-harm operations.

- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell or similar industrial control systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and control system failures using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life
- Train customers and junior staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement corrective actions
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade industrial sensors, actuators, and automation components
- Collaborate with site engineers to optimize workflows and integrate smart manufacturing technologies
- Document all activities in CMMS and prepare detailed reports for management review
