Key Responsibilities

  • Guide cross-functional business units on integrity and compliance policies, providing expert advice to mitigate risks in high-stakes international environments.

  • Lead investigations into potential compliance violations, from inception through resolution, ensuring due process and regulatory adherence.

  • Proven experience conducting risk assessments and leading investigations in regulated industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or energy (experience)
  • Deep knowledge of international compliance regulations including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, and SOX (experience)
  • Experience developing and delivering compliance training programs (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% as needed (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law, Compliance, or Business Ethics (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial, or technology sectors with exposure to export controls and anti-corruption programs (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Advise business units on integrity and compliance matters, interpreting complex regulations for practical application
  • Perform in-depth risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize compliance vulnerabilities across global operations
  • Lead and manage investigations into alleged violations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external authorities
  • Design, develop, and implement targeted training and awareness programs to promote ethical behavior
  • Monitor and report on key compliance metrics, recommending enhancements to policies and controls
  • Collaborate with legal, audit, HR, and business leaders to integrate compliance into strategic initiatives
  • Support third-party due diligence and contract reviews to ensure alignment with integrity standards
