Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale ISC initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and implement project roadmaps, resource allocation strategies, and performance metrics to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, finance, and IT, to integrate advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and ERP systems into supply chain processes.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, manage executive communications, and drive change management to ensure seamless adoption of project outcomes across global sites.
- Monitor project budgets, forecast variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets and ROI.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the ISC team.

- 8+ years of experience in project management within integrated supply chain or operations environments (experience)
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects in manufacturing or aerospace industries (experience)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (experience)
- Experience with global supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis (experience)
- Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and supply chain analytics (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or related field (experience)
- CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in digital supply chain transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives (experience)
Responsibilities
- Direct the full project lifecycle for ISC programs, from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while managing scope creep and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions for optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain strategies that enhance resilience and agility
- Facilitate risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on project status and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
