Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management to align with Honeywell's business requirements.
- Lead functional design workshops, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into detailed Oracle ERP solutions and process flows.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical business operations.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases for end-users and support teams.
- Collaborate with developers, basis admins, and third-party integrators to deliver end-to-end ERP projects on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending Oracle best practices for efficiency gains.

- Proven experience in at least 3 Oracle modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), SCM (Procurement, Inventory), or Manufacturing (experience)
- Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support (experience)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes in an industrial environment (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client sites or Honeywell facilities (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or MBA (experience)
- Oracle Functional Consultant certification (e.g., Oracle P2P Financials, Fusion SCM) (experience)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for ERP integrations (experience)
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions using Oracle ERP tools and configurations
- Lead fit-gap analysis and blueprinting sessions to map business processes to Oracle standard functionality
- Configure Oracle modules, set up workflows, and customize forms/reports using Oracle Application Express or BI Publisher
- Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, system integration, and UAT, ensuring zero-defect deployments
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and proactive performance tuning for Oracle ERP environments
- Train end-users and create SOPs to drive adoption and compliance with ERP processes
- Participate in upgrade projects, applying Oracle Support recommendations and emerging features
