Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Oracle ERP technical solutions, including PL/SQL packages, workflows, and integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and OIC.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues in Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring 99.9% system availability.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and upgrades, including data migrations and performance tuning using Oracle tools like SQL Developer and TOAD.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and deployment guides, adhering to Honeywell's IT governance standards.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and Honeywell's cybersecurity frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end technical projects in a large enterprise environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or related field (experience)
- Oracle certifications such as OCA/OCP, Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, or Fusion Cloud credentials (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell systems or similar industrial automation ERP implementations (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom PL/SQL objects, reports, and interfaces to extend Oracle ERP functionality
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production Oracle environments
- Configure and deploy Oracle ERP patches, upgrades, and custom extensions using best practices
- Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
- Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and training
