Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and on-premises servers, to optimize performance and scalability.
- Implement and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and monitoring tools like Splunk or Nagios.
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop proactive strategies to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, development, and business teams to integrate DevOps practices, automate infrastructure via CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks.
- Conduct capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure upgrades to support Honeywell's growth initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable IT infrastructure solutions including hybrid cloud environments and virtualized data centers
- Lead implementation of security measures, patch management, and compliance audits for IT systems
- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like SolarWinds, Prometheus, or ELK stack
- Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate IT solutions with business applications like SAP or Oracle
- Perform risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity exercises
- Provide technical leadership in vendor evaluations and technology roadmapping
