Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network topologies to meet enterprise scalability and reliability needs.
- Implement and manage core IT systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and storage solutions (SAN/NAS) to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex IT incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures using ITIL best practices.
- Automate infrastructure deployments and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages (PowerShell/Python).
- Ensure security compliance by conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing firewalls, and adhering to standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and cybersecurity teams to integrate new technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure documentation, disaster recovery plans, and capacity planning for future growth.

- Design scalable IT infrastructure architectures using cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises solutions to support business continuity
- Implement and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Lead network engineering tasks including LAN/WAN configuration, SD-WAN deployment, and firewall management (Cisco/Palo Alto)
- Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline infrastructure provisioning and monitoring
- Conduct security audits, patch management, and compliance reporting to mitigate risks
- Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-team projects for IT optimization
- Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Nagios, or SolarWinds and proactively optimize resources
