Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting, you will drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end global financial consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate statutory and management reporting in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
- Lead a team of consolidation analysts, providing mentorship, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize consolidation systems and tools, including ERP integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and automation solutions to streamline month-end close cycles.
- Collaborate with regional finance leaders, tax, and internal audit teams to resolve complex intercompany transactions, eliminations, and currency translations.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls, conduct variance analysis, and support external audits for global subsidiaries.
- Drive process standardization and digital transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and reduce reporting risks across 70+ countries.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and provide insights to support strategic decision-making at the corporate level.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial consolidations, accounting, or controllership, with at least 5 years in a global/multinational environment (experience)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional certification (experience)
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams in a large enterprise setting (experience)
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements (experience)
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA (experience)
- Big 4 public accounting experience or prior role at a Fortune 500 company (experience)
- Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or data analytics tools (experience)
Responsibilities
- Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation close processes, achieving 95%+ on-time delivery
- Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity roll-forwards for 100+ entities
- Lead implementation of consolidation software enhancements and automation to reduce close cycle by 20-30%
- Partner with business units to ensure accurate financial data submission and resolve discrepancies
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for consolidation performance monitoring and risk mitigation
- Support M&A activities by integrating acquired entities into the global consolidation framework
- Mentor and develop a team of 8-12 professionals, driving talent retention and succession planning
