Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced conveyor systems, including belt, roller, and sortation technologies, using CAD tools like SolidWorks or Creo.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent development programs, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of 5-10 engineers, conducting design reviews and fostering innovation.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA), kinematic simulations, and tolerance stack-ups to optimize mechanical designs for durability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, electrical, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate conveyor systems into full automation solutions.
- Conduct prototype testing, root cause analysis, and implement design improvements based on field data and customer feedback.

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (experience)
