- Conduct market analysis, RFx processes, and supplier evaluations to identify and onboard best-in-class partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to align procurement with program requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies, federal regulations (e.g., ITAR, FAR), and industry standards like AS9100.
- Drive digital transformation in procurement through ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytics tools.

- Knowledge of aerospace regulations including ITAR, EAR, and AS9100 quality standards (experience)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement analytics tools (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPCM (experience)
- Experience in low-cost region sourcing or global supply chain management (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership for aerospace components and materials
- Lead end-to-end RFx processes, supplier selection, and negotiation of complex agreements to achieve 10-15% annual savings
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance audits, and implement risk management plans to ensure supply continuity
- Collaborate with engineering and program teams to specify requirements and resolve technical procurement challenges
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and inventory optimization
- Drive compliance and ethics in procurement operations, including audits and reporting per regulatory requirements
- Leverage digital tools and AI-driven analytics to enhance procurement efficiency and forecasting accuracy
